It starts with an introductory meeting between the RIM and the client, where we discuss requirements, client environment and pending issues.
Once we understand the full picture, we access our resource inventory and source the 'right candidate'.

Once we’ve identified the potential right resource, we schedule and sit-in on a client interview. Your RIM participates in the interview process to ensure that it is the right fit for both the client and the resource.
After completing and signing contractual paperwork, the RIM starts the resource on day 1 at the client site, and we continue to manage both the client and consultant relationship through to project delivery.
Throughout, we continually evaluate the fit and ensure all insights we gather are relayed back to both the client and the resource. This active resource management is key to ensuring we have a good fit. Once the contract is complete, we perform a final review to ensure the project was a success on every level.
