In 1998, Neil Cooke and Jean-Mathieu Sigouin launched I4C. Their vision: to provide an innovative approach to professional services consulting that focused on financial transparency, integrity, trust and, most of all, the value of human capital.


Neil Cooke
Neil Cooke is the CEO and Co-Founder of I4C Consulting. Neil has been instrumental in creating an organization with a proven business model focusing on human capital. With over 12 years in the professional services consulting space, Neil has created a new business concept known as Resource Integration. Neil has been awarded the BDC Entrepreneur of the Year award (2002) and the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award (2003) and various other business achievement awards based on Resource Integration.

Neil has been a key player in I4C’s tremendous growth, as clients have embraced I4C’s business advisory role across several verticals and more specifically in the telecommunication services sector. Profit Magazine has recognized I4C’s revenue growth and business success as a “Fast 50” Company in 2002 and a “Profit 100” Company in 2005. Neil has realized that human capital is a critical factor in making organizations successful and continues to play an advisory role for many of his clients. Neil has been at the forefront of I4C’s geographical expansion as the company continues to expand across Canada.

Neil holds a Commerce degree (Honours) from Queen’s University and is a member of the I4C Executive Management Committee.

Jean-Mathieu Sigouin
After graduating with a BA in English Studies (Professional Writing), Jean-Mathieu spent 4 years in the consulting industry as an independent contractor specializing in system training and application deployment. In 1995, he started a small professional services department for Project Services International (PSI) which became one of the company’s most successful divisions.

In 1998, Jean-Mathieu became President and Co-Founder of I4C Consulting. His efforts and success have been formally recognized by the business community on several occasions. He is a recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award (2003) as well as the ‘Forty Under Forty’ business award (2004).
