To become an I4C Resource, you first must submit your CV to the regional office where you live or wish to be represented.
If it makes the cut, we interview you, face to face.
I4C doesn’t use recruiters. Instead, you’ll be interviewed by industry professionals who know and understand the market and deliver into it every day.
If we wish to represent you, we then perform an in-depth background check, which includes personal and professional references, criminal record checks, and/or security clearance checks.
When a suitable opportunity arises, we contact you and ask for approval to present your CV to the client.
From here, we set up and sit in on client interview. If the fit is there, we create the paperwork, go through a formal sign-up procedure, and integrate you into the client site.
