Telus – Project Imagine

Imagine is one of the largest IT projects in Canada. There are between 500 to 1,000 people working on this project at any one time. The mandate of the project is to modernize Telus’ telecommunications systems. All major components are being rebuilt, from Customer Care to Service Provisioning to Billing.

Delivery has begun, in July 2006 Imagine converted 23,000 customers over to the new system. The work continues as there are still 4 more phases until completion.

I4C is involved in several areas of the Imagine project. I4C resources working on the project include; Business Analysts responsible for Customer Care and Data Management, Environment Support people and QA resources.
