Neil is the founder and owner of I4C. He has been instrumental in creating an organization with a proven business model focused on delivering results and value-add to I4C’s clients. With over 25 years in the professional services consulting space, Neil has been awarded the BDC Entrepreneur of the Year award, the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award and various other business achievement awards. Profit Magazine has recognized I4C’s revenue growth and business success as a “Fast 50” Company and a “Profit 100” Company. Neil is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and retains advisory roles for many of his clients. Neil holds a Commerce degree (Honours) from Queen’s University.
Dan is the Chief Revenue Officer for I4C. Dan has 10 years experience in Business Development leadership and has spent the last 5 years in the recruitment space for the public and private sectors. In his most recent role as a VP, Business Development with another recruiting company, Dan managed the day-to-day operations of the Business Development team as well as leading the Business Intelligence and Marketing Efforts. In this role, he led the migration to a new Applicant Tracking System (CRM), the creation of automated dashboards and the social marketing efforts including a website re-design. He has joined I4C to increase their strong foothold in the Private and Public Sectors market in Ottawa and throughout Canada by utilizing his knowledge of the recruiting space combined with his commitment to understanding client needs.
Chris is the Chief Operating Officer for I4C. Chris is a strategic sales & marketing leader with 20+ years of experience in business development, marketing, and business intelligence. Chris is a connector, spending the bulk of his career unifying and building high performance sales, marketing, and business intelligence teams that work together to win and retain business. Chris is a results-driven business executive, with a long history of driving success based on data driven decision making. An innovator and creator, Chris always seeks to find new ways to improve customer satisfaction and overall business growth. Chris has joined I4C to build upon the 25-year foundation set in both the private and public sectors in Ottawa, and throughout Canada, by utilizing his knowledge and direct experience in business intelligence, building high performance teams, and technology implementations (CRM, CDP, and Marketing Automation).
