Neil is the founder and owner of i4C. He has been instrumental in creating an organization with a proven business model focused on delivering results and value-add to i4C’s clients. With over 25 years in the professional services consulting space, Neil has been awarded the BDC Entrepreneur of the Year award, the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award and various other business achievement awards. Profit Magazine has recognized i4C’s revenue growth and business success as a “Fast 50” Company and a “Profit 100” Company. Neil is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and retains advisory roles for many of his clients. Neil holds a Commerce degree (Honours) from Queen’s University.

Dan Julien
Dan is the Chief Revenue Officer for i4C. Dan has 10 years of experience in Business Development leadership and has spent the last 5 years in the recruitment space for the public and private sectors. In his most recent role as a VP, Business Development with another recruiting company, Dan managed the day-to-day operations of the Business Development team as well as leading the Business Intelligence and Marketing Efforts. In this role, he led the migration to a new Applicant Tracking System (CRM), the creation of automated dashboards and the social marketing efforts including a website re-design. He has joined i4C to increase their strong foothold in the Private and Public Sectors market in Ottawa and throughout Canada by utilizing his knowledge of the recruiting space combined with his commitment to understanding client needs.

Catherine Gauthier
Catherine is the Director, Consulting Services for the Montreal i4C office.
With more than 20 years of experience in driving growth and managing sales teams in different industries within the Montreal and Toronto markets, Catherine is committed to building long-term partnerships and offering a positive business impact to her clients. Chris is the Chief Operating Officer for i4C. Chris is a strategic sales & marketing leader with 20+ years of experience in business development, marketing, and business intelligence. Chris is a results-driven business executive, with a long history of driving success based on data-driven decision-making. Jennifer Uitdenbosch
Jennifer is a Senior Proposal Manager at i4C. Jennifer has more than 10 years of experience developing proposals and technical content for the provision of professional IT services in both the private and public sectors. With extensive experience in responding to Government of Canada requirements, she leverages her knowledge of RFP’s, RFSA’s, and bid cycles within the public sector to plan and develop compliant proposals for professional IT services consistent with RFP requirements describing company and resource capabilities, management approach, and past performance. Suzanne Uniat
Suzanne is the IT Integration and Systems Administrator for i4C Consulting Inc. Suzanne has over 25 years of experience in the IT field and has been a part of the team at i4C Consulting for over 10 years. Suzanne is responsible for the IT infrastructure and software integration. Suzanne is the security office for i4C and works with consultants and the government to obtain and manage Facility Security Clearances, Document Safeguarding, Controlled Goods and Personnel Security Screening. Suzanne is in integral to the smooth operation of the back office and i4C operations.

Tracy Dods
Tracy is the Billing and Contracts Administrator for i4C Consulting Inc. Tracy has almost 20 years of administrative experience in the paralegal, health care and IT consulting space and has been a part of the team at i4C Consulting for the past 7 years. Tracy’s back-office role involves the safeguarding of client contracts, onboarding of consultant resources, accounts payable, accounts receivable and employee and consultant payroll for all three of our offices located in Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal.
