- i4c provided in class training and onsite training for a wide variety of Government and private sector clients for over 15 years. Most of this was Oracle UPK training, but in later years as UPK was shelved we moved over to Adobe uPerform. The training courses included creation and update of training materials, provision of training in class and through WebEx. The training allowed clients to learn how to use the UPK or uPerform tool while working with their target application. These were generally 5 day courses.
- I4c also provided mentoring and quick start programs for many clients both public and private sector to ensure that the organization would quickly and efficiently maximize UPK benefits prior to creating content. The organization would have defined the key elements for UPK installation, development, implementation, support and set appropriate standards.
