We have two core service offerings, including Staff Augmentation & Recruiting (contract and full time) and Business Solutions (where we bring individuals on our team in combination with external resources as required to help deliver projects for our clients like IT Modernization, Cloud Migration, Application Development, E-Learning Solutions, Data & Analytics, and more).
The first area is most common, but we thought it was important to share the business solutions aspect as these two services are intertwined. The vast majority of our recruiting projects fall into the world of IT and Business Intelligence (which align well with our business solutions business), but we also support clients across several industries with roles in various other functions like Marketing, Finance, and Business Development.
Given our work in the public sector (about 50% of our consulting placements are done here), we have an extensive list of potential candidates (full time or contract) that are secret cleared or reliability clearaed. We also work with candidates frequently to walk them through this process to prepare them for roles in the public sector, and/or in the private sector where it is a requirement.
